Watercolor is just a picture with a smudged edge. Same situation with a pencil sketch. Very poor quality. No one is actually answering your emails. They are all auto generated and they do not take calls. Once you approve a proof no matter how bad it looks when you get it, they will not discuss.
They ask for photos of your item then tell you pretty much sorry bout your luck. Do not waste your hard earned cash. They say 100% satisfaction

I recently received a portrait that genuinely left me in awe. The craftsmanship and quality are fantastic. The attention to detail and skill of the image shines through every detail. I couldn't be happier with the result!
However, I would like to mention an area where there is room for improvement in future orders: the back-and-forth communication with the company. Initially, they proactively reached out to confirm the artwork, which was appreciated. However, after I had already approved the final product, I started receiving emails from different names at the company asking for approval again. This repetitive process became frustrating, and I expressed this concern to the company.
Despite this minor hiccup, I must emphasize that the product is excellent. The portrait is a true masterpiece, and the quality speaks for itself. I would highly recommend their artwork to others.

I LOVE IT! This was the last photo taken of my neighbor and his beloved Biscuit. While it wasn't the best quality photo, the Wellham team was able to work with it and the end result was absolutely perfect! A great surprise for my neighbor, who loved it as well!

The potorid is good but I found the process confusing and frustrating.
I feel there were way to many emails, eg I got one stating it was sent and the tracking number than a day or two later stating the same thing.
I know this email address is probably in my deceased wives name but I did advise more than once that my name was Russell and my wife had passed.

Website very easy to use and staff responsive and timely. If there is a correction to be done you receive prompt notifications and may review the project before print as many times as necessary. My main reason for only rating 4 stars is the cost is a bit expensive for the size and quality of the frame in the end product. It’s looks very nice, but wish I had also ordered a larger size. I think I was thrown off by how large the products looked on the website. Otherwise a beautiful gift!

I got the proof the very next day and they were wonderful about making a change I requested (they had removed a mole from our dog’s face, but it wouldn’t have seemed like him without it!). However, the super fast turnaround and the ‘proof’ suddenly made me suspicious that this wasn’t really an oil painting as I thought. When I went back over their materials, they are always careful to say it is a “custom” piece — but never a custom painting. Thus, I’ve concluded that they simply use computer-generated graphics to convert the photos to “custom” pieces. In any event, it still looks nice.
