Ordered 2 for Christmas. I was very picky and asked twice for revisions. These were done with a 24 hr. turnaround, even during the Thanksgiving holidays. I received them today and love how they turned out. I chose the watercolor option. The customer service was great and each revision was exactly as I asked and done in a timely manner. I submitted a picture of my grandparents old house and received the proof so fast! They worked with me as a provided the wrong date- quickly responded and fixed it. You could see in the house on the picture provided so the first proof was as such. I submitted a request to make the middle windows look like the left windows. They quickly edited the proof and I was thrilled. It shipped so quickly as well. It came in a box where it says not to bend. It was wrapped in foam and had bubble wrap. I know my grandparents will be ecstatic when they see it on Christmas.
