I'll spare all of the details. I'd give 3 stars based on the product I received, but I gave an extra star for the service. They went above and beyond to do what they could to make sure I was satisfied. Very responsive.

It was a gift for my mom and she loved it

My husband loved his custom portrait. He mentioned it being the best gift he’s ever received.

To start out, this whole experience of getting the portrait together, and the constant communication with the staff was amazing. They are with you every step of the way with all the changes that you may want or additions that you may want on your portrait with no issues and no problems. I had a great experience . I will definitely be ordering more portraits. The following video that I sent is a video that my daughter-in-law took of My Son getting his portrait and he wasn’t expecting it and I know why he got emotional. The song you are, my sunshine is a memory that My Son has of me always singing this song to him since he was little to whenever I would put him to sleep so towards the end, when he realized what was written on it, he became very sentimental. I also sing that song to my grandson, which is his junior, so it’s very special for me. For me, I loved his reaction and I knew that once he saw the writing he was going to get emotional. Thank you, to the owner of Welham & Co who created this idea and executed it perfectly, especially with the workmanship as well as the customer service and the dedication to make sure that the customer is happy with their product. I am eternally grateful it turned out perfectly thank you again to everyone that helped me through this process.

I gave a portrait of my husband and his 3 children to him for Father’s Day. I got tickled when he asked me, “ When was this picture taken? “. I explained to him I had sent 4 separate photos in to you to make it into this picture. He could not have been more pleased. I so appreciate the artist who kept working with me so that I was finally satisfied with the proof. I was so pleased to be listened to in order to accomplish this wonderful family treasure. Although I was exceptionally happy with the order, I’ve been disappointed with the follow up. I’ve sent requests three times over the past 10 days to replicate the order and have it shipped to an alternate address, but haven’t received a proper response. I’m surprised at the difference in my experience - your team was super responsive and really helpful the first time round. But my follow up order seems to be largely ignored until now

I submitted numerous revisions and the team worked with me until the portrait was adjusted to my liking. No surprises and good customer support.

The colors are a little green compared to original and the word placement is in a very odd place... Overall looks ok. Not outstanding.

I feel my picture and my family members are very crowded and my pictures do not look like Whats you have on your website. It’s very small and disarray of my family. I feel that it does not worth the amount of money that I spent to get this done. I paid for a larger picture because you tell me the amount of people that I had I had to buy it. Not very satisfying.

It was a 40th birthday gift for my twin niece and nephew. There Mom and sister passed away 6 months apart 14 years ago and their sister had two boys that we did not see often cause they live in another state. Then their Dad my brother passed away 4 years ago! So this picture was a family picture of all the kids and grandkids together. You guys did an absolutely amazing job and were a pleasure to work with can’t thank you enough!

My husband passed away and my grandchildren and great grandchildren live in different states across the country. I will probably never see them all in one place and perhaps never for a couple. So I gathered 8 different family pictures of all 31 of us and Welham and Co. put them beautifully together in one large picture. I love walking by and seeing my entire family ALL together.

The canvas turned our better than I had expected!

The painting is great however I had to reach out to the company before anything was done about my order. I had intentionally tried to place the order a month before Mother’s Day in hopes that I would get it here in time. I had to wait a week and then I contacted the company and then they finally started doing things with my order. And it wasn’t until another two weeks that my order was shipped and then another week to get here at my house, so I am super happy with the painting itself, but upset that I got my order a month and a half after I had ordered it.

I loved the custom family portrait I received. Welham & Co team was really patient with all my requests, and did their best. This portrait meant a lot to my partner and his family; They were really impressed with how good it was edited and turned out.
