The portrait was everything I wanted and then some. It was 4 different photos with the young boy being upside down in the photo I sent. They managed to create a beautiful portrait out of it.
It took longer then I hoped to get it finalized but over all the wait was worth it for sure!

We ordered a custom memorial portrait for our dear friend who had recently lost her mother. We were able to find a beautiful photo of the two of them together and added the words that our friend told us her mother had said just before she passed away.
As our friend opened the package and looked at the picture she burst into tears. She later shared that she was overwhelmed but so, so grateful for our thoughtfulness during a really difficult time. Even her hubby said "you've done well girls, you've done well!"

The process was so easy and quick, I love that you’re able to approve the image before they start on it in case you want something altered. I needed something on my picture changed and they did exactly what I wanted. I ordered 2 of the same picture, 1 for me and the matching for my sister. The digital print was pretty much what I expected, but I was expecting the physical print to be a sketch and it’s obviously that it was made digitally.
Pretty disappointing considering this product is advertised as a ‘sketch’.

The process of ordering was so easy and I was super impressed at the time frame of completion.
